During the Board Meeting of December 2010, it was felt inevitable that the supplier's technical and quality level must be upgraded in order to match the expectations and aspiration of the Organization.
In this regard Vijay K Saini was entrusted with a responsibility of starting an initiative for supplier education, development and up-gradation in knowledge quotient
The Initiative was rolled out and within three months most of the suppliers were identified, their training needs were established and world class trainers were organized to impart the selected supplier staff and management personnel the very best of know how in delivering the best in class quality & delivery of components and assemblies.
The First ever M I S of this initiative was released on the eve of the closing of FY ir 31st March 2011. Pls find attached herewith the MIS Document
