State Safety Day Observed

On 07th December every year we observe Madhhya Pradesh State Safety Day in the memory of the Bhopal Gas Trajedy

This year it was marked with the events of the Poster, slogan and essay competitions and a central Safety team from Mahindra visited the Plant for show casing the Group's commitment towards Employee Health & Safety.

MAPS Initiative

MAPS was inaugurated  on 07th December 2012 and has been quite successful because of its simple and result oriented approach and methodology.

Training Inauguration on Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment)

Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) and Nichi-Jo Kanri (Daily Work Management) are two arnesal in the hands of Manager which can take care of the Organization's Top Line as well as Bottom Line.

However the path required to succeed with both these  is really difficult and takes time.  Vijay inaugurating the First Session  on the "Policy Management & Daily Work Management"  for the Middle & top Management Group of employees, which was  given by a Senior Expert  (Ex-Mahindra).
This two Days program was the beginning of the change management at the top ....
