Tree Plantation Initiative

The tree plantation in the Forest Area of the Indore District was planned on 19^th June 2013 and participants of all departments over whelmed through planting 5000 saplings of the NEEM, PEEPAL and other local variety of TAAD Trees. This made the score of the year at  40,000 + saplings since Jan 2013 which is a record in any year's first six months .

It was felt satisfactory to give back to the mother nature a little ….

Every INDIVIDUAL has a special competency. some has it openly demonstrated and some are having the sleeping one. Its the duty  of the LEADER to unearth and bring forward those competencies and sharpen / hone these for the better utilization of such competencies in the overall objectives of the organization.  If any such competency is not traced and the talent of the individuals not honed, the organization is at huge loss ...

Business Excellence Third Party Assessment due on 14th June 2013. Hence the Middle Management Team was guided by Vijay K Saini on the overall assessment requirements and logistics as well as expected performance from each departments and individuals

 

Strategic Project Management Guideline

We being Strategic Business Partner, a lots of projects and activities are handled through our office and after a while it all become so confusing as a few hundreds off projects were running simultaneously. So the Project Management & Methodology guideline was required. The CFT worked on this guideline and released to all concerned a Draft guideline on 01st February 2013.

After reviews with all stake holders and HODs the comments for improvements and changes  were gathered and deliberated  with overall organizational perspective in mind. The final version of the Guideline was issued on 01st June 2013 by the office of People Excellence.
